The Challenge
This project involved three main technical hurdles:
Drive migration
Migrating a large volume of business files and folders from Google Drive to a newly created Google Workspace account

Spam filtering fix
Resolving spam filtering issues where legitimate business emails were being marked as junk, creating communication breakdowns
Minimal disruption
Ensuring minimal disruption to daily workflows and remote work continuity while providing reliable support during the transition, especially in a solo-business environment
